Partners Capital, the investment division of NAI Partners, launched its fourth fund to invest in commercial real estate properties across the Southeastern United States.
Partners Investment Fund IV aims to raise at least $50 million in equity to acquire office, industrial and retail assets in attractive markets. Fund IV will continue the tradition of doubling the size of the previous fund.
