Retail center was originally purchased in 2018 via Partners Capital’s Fund II

Katy, TX, July 7, 2022 –  Partners Capital—the investment management platform and development arm of Partners Real Estate Company—today announced that it has sold Royal Montreal Plaza, a 40,094-sq.-ft. multi-tenant retail shopping center located at 2004 S Mason Road in Katy, TX. Partners Capital originally acquired the property in August 2018 through its Fund II investment vehicle.

The sale comes on the heels of a busy stretch for Partners Capital, which recently has acquired the Boerne Gateway Office building in Boerne, Texas via its Fund IV – the fifth asset in its portfolio.
