HOUSTON – NAI Partners Investment Fund, through its Investment Fund III has acquired Point West Business Park, a 146,000-SF flex industrial park located just south of the Westchase District.

The deal was closed off-market with Interra Capital Group as the seller. Andrew Pappas and Adam Hawkins of NAI Partners’ Investment Fund with Todd Carlson and Brad Porter.

Point West Business Park is located on Harwin Drive, just west of South Gessner Road.
