Partners Capital, the investment arm of Houston-based NAI Partners, acquired the 22,606-square-foot Blanco Crossing retail center at the corner of Blanco and Huebner Roads near Stone Oak. Andrew Pappas and Adam Hawkins of Partners Capital worked with brokers Philip Levy and Jack Newman of Marcus & Millichap. Peyton Jones at Veritex Bank in Houston provided financing. NAI Partners will manage and lease the property.
